Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE                                              
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 13(JUD) "An Act relating to municipal                                            
service areas and providing for voter approval of the formation,                                    
alteration, or abolishment of certain service areas" for the Judiciary                              
Committee meeting on April 4. Without objection, it was so ordered.
